Telemedicine

ACCESS A DOCTOR ANYTIME

Board-certified doctors are available on your schedule and with a $0 provider fee for urgent care needs. 

For urgent but non-emergency care, you can use a Telemedicine Provider.  

Be seen for common things like:

  • Allergies
  • Cold & Flu
  • Cough
  • COVID-19 (cannot prescribe antivirals)**
  • Ear Pain
  • Headache
  • Insect Bites
  • Medication Refills
  • Pink Eye
  • Rash
  • Sinus Problems
  • Sore Throat
  • UTI (Females, 18+)
  • Yeast Infections

Using urgent telemedicine is easy, convenient, and revolutionizing the way we receive medical care. With just a few clicks, you can connect with a healthcare professional from the comfort of your own home.  Say goodbye to long waiting times and the hassle of traveling to the doctor's office. 

  • 1: LOG IN

    Log in to the Member Center and click on MDLive/My TeleHealth on the menu.

  • 2: SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

    You can visit a doctor right away or schedule an appointment – all by phone or video on your computer or mobile device.

    You will be asked to complete some basic medical history before your visit and choose your preferred pharmacy.

     

  • 3: FEEL BETTER

    Get reliable care from board-certified doctors. 

    MDLIVE is dedicated to helping you get better and stay well. No surprise costs. No hassle.

    If your provider prescribes a prescription, be sure to use your member card to access your savings. 

VIRTUAL MENTAL HEALTH CARE

  • Virtual Mental Health Care is only eligible for sharing with the teletherapy provider approved by Impact (found in the Member Center).
  • Members must pay 100% of the session consult fee at the time of service and may submit proper receipts to Impact for processing via the Medical Expense Form.
  • Virtual Mental Health is considered a Specialist for provider fee purposes and subject to the PRA and co-share.

TELEMEDICINE AND SHARING

Urgent Telemedicine is shared on equal footing with all other medical expenses, but with a $0 provider fee at the time of service. Telemedicine is subject to all other limitations of health-sharing costs and is not a promise to pay or provide that service by either Impact or its membership. As with all other medical costs and expenses, contribution to Telemedicine remains voluntary.
