HOW DO YOU START?

Discover the advantages of ShareRight's Exclusive Lab Savings Program. This partnership provides substantial discounts on premium lab services, combining quality with affordability. However, please note that this service is available exclusively to those aged 18 and above and isn't offered in AZ, HI, NJ, NY, and RI.

  • 1. LOG IN TO THE MEMBER CENTER

    Find the link in your left hand menu, under Quick Help.

  • 2. CHOOSE YOUR LABS

    If you are doing your wellness labs, be sure to choose the Member bundle.

    In addition, you can order a wide range of labs outside of these packages that specifically target wellness, allergies, chronic disease, hormones, and much more. Labs without diagnosis codes will not be eligible for sharing.

  • 3. LOCATE YOUR LAB

    With your receipt and order in hand, head to the lab. You can easily find nearby labs when selecting your tests in the Member Center.

    Upon arrival, remind the lab personnel that your labs are prepaid.

  • 4. SUBMIT FOR SHARING

    After your tests, submit your receipt using the Medical Expense Form found online.

    • They will be credited towards your PRA.
    • If the labs fall under your wellness allowance or if your PRA and co-share have been met, expect a direct reimbursement.

IS LAB WORK ELIGIBLE FOR SHARING?

Making informed decisions about your health often involves laboratory tests. Here's a guide to how these services are shared within the community:

Labs related to a New Condition, Injury or Illness
If you or your provider order labs due to a new condition, injury, or illness, these are eligible for sharing. However, they are subject to the PRA and co-share.
Wellness Visit Labs
Enjoy a $150 lab allowance during your wellness visits. These are not subject to PRA and co-share, giving you added peace of mind.
Personal Knowledge labs
If you're curious and request labs for your personal knowledge, remember these are not eligible for sharing unless they're related to a new condition, injury, or illness, or are within the bounds of eligible wellness labs.

With ShareRight, wellness lab sharing is restricted to a specific list of labs detailed in our guidelines. FDA and CMS approved labs are also eligible for sharing when they pertain to a specific diagnosis unrelated to a pre-existing condition. Labs prescribed with a diagnosis are considered for sharing. Therefore, if you choose to order labs without a diagnosis, ShareRight cannot determine eligibility, and those labs won't be shared.

WHERE CAN YOU GET LAB WORK?

At ShareRight Healthcare, we prioritize empowerment and value.

Members have the freedom to select their preferred provider or lab. If you choose not to utilize the lab partner mentioned above, you may not receive the same discount. However, your lab expenses follow the same sharing guidelines. You'll also utilize the Medical Expense Form for reimbursement or to apply eligible labs to your PRA.

Please be aware that this service is exclusively available to individuals aged 18 and above and is not offered in AZ, HI, NJ, NY, and RI.
